Overview

Kimakia forest hike is a beautiful hike in the aberdares ranges forest under the shade and crisp clean air of the trees. Along the hike trail there are river crossing and waterfalls. River crossing we get to dip our feet in the waters and feel the nature first hand. Being a dense forest, some of the wildlife we will get a glimpse of are birds, dikdik, and elephants. The hike trail is 17kms and with a trekking time of approximately 6 hours. Kimakia forest is about one and half hours from Nairobi CBD. Pic up point International life house Nairobi. Depart at exactly 7am.
